What Fire Bans & Restrictions Mean...

Each county and municipality, through their governing bodies (e.g. Board of County Commissioners), develops a resolution to adopt fire restrictions as conditions warrant within the jurisdiction.

Questions about fire restrictions should be directed to the sheriff's office in the affected jurisdictions.

Federal lands may have restrictions differing from County restrictions.
